Week 9 Recap: WWPT, Sharp Drills & Flag Folding Skills!

Det 130 brought the energy and intensity this week! We kicked things off with a Wing-Wide PT, pushing our limits and proving that hard work pays off. The grind was real, but so were the gains! πŸ’ͺπŸ”₯

After PT, we locked in on Counter March and Squadron Marching, sharpening our drill skills with precision and teamwork. To top it off, we honed our Reveille and Flag Folding techniques, mastering the traditions that embody discipline and respect.

From crushing PT to perfecting drill, Det 130 stays ready! Keep pushing, keep growing, and let’s keep the momentum strong!
