I’m so proud of the tremendous work of my good friend who is the Executive Producer of the Oscar nominated film, The Perfect Neighbor, which “uses police bodycam footage to chronicle the fatal 2023 neighborhood dispute between white woman Susan Lorincz and her Black neighbor, Ajike Owens, in Ocala, Florida, culminating in Owens’ death and raising questions about racial bias and ‘stand your ground’ laws.’” I got to witness the film and see an intriguing panel hosted by the . Bethany Young of , my colleague and friend and offered a rich discussion. As always, created a warm space for building. This time . I also got to see my Nola fam Morgan. Go see this film.

U.S. workers, 83% have a client from a different race, 80% have at least one coworker of a different race, and 48% have a supervisor of a different race. Overall, 52% of adults have dated someone from a different race with increases in shares among younger Americans.
