Founder of S. Allan Consulting, former Bar Director at Legacy Records, and alum of The Aviary NYC, Sam is known for building cocktails that are intensely expressive, seasonally driven, and remarkably clean.
Instead of relying on traditional juices or syrups, he extracts flavor directly into the spirit itself, creating cocktails that are bright, structured, and crystal-clear without traditional clarification. The result is a completely new flavor experience: familiar ingredients reimagined with precision and depth... and you get to enjoy them right here at The Fountain Inn!
