Since its inception in 1990, HFStival hosted iconic acts like Iggy Pop, Counting Crows, Ramones, Foo Fighters, Green Day and more.

This we look back on the women's soccer history that took place at RFK Stadium. ⚽

The Women's United Soccer Association (WUSA) was founded in February 2000 following the success of 1999 FIFA Women's World Cup. The Washington Freedom was one of eight teams in the WUSA, the first professional women's soccer league in the United States. The first WUSA match kicked off at RFK Stadium on April 14, 2001 between Washington's Mia Hamm and Bay Area Cyber Ray's Brandi Chastain. Who came away with the win? ⤵️
