Do the 5 million birthright Americans citizens of the St. Thomas Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Washington DC, Northern Marianas, American Samoa to be unable to vote for President? For their Congressional representatives blocked from voting in Congress? Is this Equal protection under the law? Is this a violation of the Voting Rights Act Section 2 ?

It floods the states with civil planning, and budget in hand to improve transit, traffic and even build new cities, with new materials. It will have big money prizes for innovative solutions in a state by state research and application competition, including things like, best mass manpower usage on road project. Maybe rubberize side walks to make cities easier to walk in, and quietThe goal will be to build/ retrofit 15%, over haul, and push through large scale projects and training up the work force. including senior citizen services designed communities on government properties as a way of shoring up Social Security/Medicaid funding, including nutrition/excercise best practices to avoid hospital spend as much as possible, and to grant longer healthier happier lives to senior citizens with less economic worries, and maybe a few more expectations. The other 2 Trillion is State infrastructure bonds emblazoned with land marks of that state. Upgrading, putting in a functional helpful mass transit system, government buildings, sewage systems. Functional improvements, not laser toilets and sinks.

I just had to let it out only been writing it. in forms that would make your ears/eyes bleed. Nah not really- its a lot of the look at what was a pattern of pretty obviously racist behaviors. But this is all off the top of the dome
So it is a very disrepresentative version of all the things I've found, but sometimes that kinda poison is tough to keep in. Say whatever you want as long as you are honest, I learn more from criticism than empty praise. I do reserve the right to push back some on conclusions though
