This is my face when Mavrix invited me as an Emcee to their upcoming event, “Discover The Business of Orthobiologics”

As many of you know, aside from speaking, one of the things I love is emceeing events. YEP! 🎤

It's an art that allows me to connect with people, set the tone for the event, and make sure everyone has a fantastic time. And now, I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to bring my emcee skills to this event!

Today we honor the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. and his tireless efforts towards justice and equality for all.

Are you gearing towards a more aligned vision in business for 2023? Then now is the best time to re-evaluate the systems in your business first!

Here are a few questions YOU should ask yourself:
⁉️Are the systems/people currently in place meeting the needs and goals of the business?
⁉️Are there any areas of the systems/people that are not performing as well as they could be?
⁉️Are the people running the system equipped with the necessary skills and resources to do their jobs effectively?

A system is a reflection of the people who run it.

This means that the success or effectiveness of a system depends on the people who are responsible for managing and operating it.

A system, no matter how well-designed or advanced, will not work properly if the people running it do not have the skills, knowledge, or commitment to make it work.

An effective system requires competent, skilled, and motivated individuals who can effectively implement and manage it. If the people running a system are not capable or dedicated to their tasks, the system is likely to be inefficient and may even fail.

On the other hand, if the people running a system are competent and committed to their roles, they can make the system run smoothly and efficiently. In this case, the system has the potential to be successful and make a positive impact.

In short, the people running a system play a crucial role in its success, and it is important to have the right individuals in place to ensure that the system operates effectively.

I had the chance to hang with some amazing people at the Traffic & Conversion Summit. The conference was a great opportunity to network and learn from others in the industry.

It was an incredible experience.
