They tore up a mile of Minnesota Ave with extended construction to make an already tight street tighter. Created a traffic bottleneck where you cannot pass a turning car or bus picking up passengers. All to put in a bike lane. And in the year since it's been reopened, I've NEVER seen a biker. 🤬

I don't care how nice your ad campaign is, if you don't have Black Women in your comments giving reviews, I'm not buying it.
