በወለጋ የሚገኙ የብሩህ ትውልድ (Brighter Generation) ተማሪዎች በዚህ አጭር ቪዲዮ ላይ ያላቸውን የፈጠራ ስራ ለማህበረሰባቸው አካፍለዋል። በሶስት ወር የቨርቹዋል ፕሮግራም ተማሪዎች የመግባባት፣ በአመራር እና ሃሳብን ማብሰልሰል የመሳሰሉ አስፈላጊ ክህሎቶችን መማር ብቻ ሳይሆን በአለም አቀፍ ፕሮፌሽናል በጎ ፈቃደኞች ድጋፍ አድርገውላቸው የማህበረሰባቸውን ችግሮች ለመፍታት በቅተዋል። እንኳን ደስ አላችሁ ተማሪዎች!

Students from Brighter Generation in Wollega, Ethiopia, share their impactful community project in this short video. During the three-month virtual program, Brighter Generation students not only learned essential skills in communication, leadership, and critical thinking in the classroom, but they also worked as a team to apply their knowledge to solve community challenges with the support of global professional volunteers and local educators.

At the end of the program, the students improved farming techniques by developing a seed-sowing machine that will enhance farming efficiency and yield. Prior to designing and manufacturing the machine, the students wrote formal proposals and surveyed local farmers to understand the farming challenges. They also tested the machine prototype and demonstrated its functionality. Congratulations Students!

Brighter Generation's 3rd graduation celebrated the success of 750 students at 30+ locations across Ethiopia with the dedication of 75+ diaspora and global instructors who taught virtual courses for three months on reading, writing, communication, critical thinking, leadership, and community projects. All Brighter Generation students across Ethiopia virtually participated, and their friends and family joined to celebrate with them.

During this ceremony, distinguished guests, including Ambassador Fitsum Arega, Mr. Yodahe Zemichael, and others, shared their wisdom with the students. We also launched Brighter Generation's first book, BILIH (ብልህ), which imparts timeless moral lessons to youth and young adults. You can find the book on the Brighter Generation webpage.
