ALIGN is a Fascial Laboratory, Private Training Facility and Educational Hub 📍in the ❤️ of Washington DC.
Our new strength classes will be focused on training through the lens of fascia.
We have preview classes for both Flow and Lift throughout the month of August, with the first Lift class being THIS FRIDAY at 4:30.
We will be experimenting with the times of the Friday class to see what works best for all of you. If you have a preference on time for a Friday evening Kettlebell class, the best way you can tell us is by coming!
