Markowitz to Announce Deal for New Theater in Coney Island A deal has been reached for a 5,000-seat music hall and theater partly on the vacant site of a well-known terra cotta landmark, Brooklyn officials said Wednesday.

A huge THANK YOU to all who contributed to the Dew campaign! When we rolled over the finish line early Saturday, we had 93 contributors who collectively pooled together $6,382 to support the development and launch of Dew. Over 11,000 views from almost 800 viewers and over 400 referrals to our campaign site helped us surpass our original funding goal of $6,000 and demonstrated the power of tying ideas and action across communities.
