Congratulations to Kevin Ryan, L'92, who won the Tony Award for Best Revival of a Musical as a producer of Ragtime at the 79th Annual Tony Awards earlier this month. Kevin celebrated the win with his Hoya Lawya son and daughter, Liam, L'25, and Nora, L'27!
In the latest installment of "What Rocks" from Georgetown University, step onto our campus and into the Georgetown Supreme Court Institute's Moot Courtroom, a near-replica of the U.S. Supreme Court courtroom!
For more than 25 years, the Institute has hosted moot sessions for real Supreme Court advocates and provided a place for lawyers-in-training to sharpen their advocacy skills. Watch Maddie Sloat, L'27, explain more about Georgetown Law's moot courts.

On June 23, the Center for HIV and Infectious Disease Policy at Georgetown Law's O'Neill Institute convened leading researchers, advocates, public health officials, and community leaders to assess the state of HIV prevention in the United States, including Dr. Renata Ellington, Acting Director of the CDC National Center for HIV, Viral Hepatitis, STD, and TB Prevention and Dr. Robyn Neblett Fanfair, Director of the Division of HIV Prevention. Ending HIV requires sustained political will, trusted community partnerships, and a commitment to reaching those most left behind.
