Today, we commemorate the 251st anniversary of the founding of the United States Army. 🇺🇸

Since its establishment on June 14, 1775, the U.S. Army has served with honor under the motto This We’ll Defend, safeguarding the ideals of freedom and democracy that define our Nation.

On this occasion, we also recognize the historic contributions of Puerto Ricans who, generation after generation, have worn the uniform with courage, discipline, and sacrifice, leaving an enduring legacy of service to the Nation.

We honor those who served, express our gratitude to our veterans, and recognize the men and women who continue this tradition of excellence and commitment today. Happy 251st Birthday, U.S. Army!

Hoy conmemoramos el 251.º aniversario de la fundación del Ejército de los Estados Unidos. 🇺🇸

Desde su creación el 14 de junio de 1775, el U.S. Army ha servido con honor bajo el lema This We’ll Defend, defendiendo los ideales de libertad y democracia que distinguen a nuestra Nación.

En esta fecha, reconocemos también la histórica contribución de los puertorriqueños que, generación tras generación, han vestido el uniforme militar con valor, disciplina y sacrificio, dejando una huella imborrable de servicio a la Nación.
