Too often we stay silent on the very things that can help liberate us. While I do believe there is sometimes strength in in the stillness and quiet. We also owe it to ourselves to step out of the shadows and into the light. Pain shared is pain divided and joy shared is joy multiplied.

When I was first diagnosed with bipolar depression I didn’t want to believe it and i still have issues with the way we classify and diagnose mental illness in this country I would be an even bigger fool to not admit that something is wrong and I need help. Especially when my illness was beginning to have an impact on my friends and family and started to crate riffs to this day i dont know if i will ever be able to repair. I still feel braver for have lived an open book life and to let my story be barred in shame. I’m here to say you are not alone and you will still be loved even in your lowest of places for that is where love needs to be shown that most.
There may be a name for my sickness but I still define who I am and how i live and rise again.

Some time we need to play a character it our live to help different qualities of our life shine though. I know I am uniquely inspire by the character that Jim Carry plays in the movie Ace Ventura. It is liberate to play a part outside of your normal self. To adopt the qualities of our hero’s to give us strength. Most people don’t know about how debilitating shy I am and still can be because i play the exuberance out going type but each of us is an onion with our many layers and masks.
