We're thrilled to announce our new partnership with the Black Student Athlete Summit, offering over 100 student-athletes from 9 Division I schools the opportunity to participate in our paid commercial real estate virtual internship over the next year!

Last week, Project Destined alums had the opportunity to meet mentors at their New York City Headquarters.

Link Logistics Real Estate trained 10 undergraduate students from Schools in the fundamentals of Commercial Real Estate, specifically focusing on an Industrial asset in Brooklyn.

The students crushed the Project Destined Spring 2022 Competition and placed second in the National Championships. This marked a monumental moment in as this was the first time students analyzed an Industrial asset.

Last month, Project Destined scholars on Team Cortland were able to visit ’s office in Charlotte.

This Spring, worked with Project Destined to train 10 undergraduate students in the Charlotte area in the fundamentals of real estate.

We are extremely excited to announce our expanded partnership with FCP. FCP is a privately held real estate investment company that has invested in or financed more than $9.3 billion in assets since its founding in 1999. FCP invests directly and with operating partners in commercial and residential assets. 

FCP will partner with Project Destined supporting our growing platform serving diverse undergraduate students from Historically Black Colleges and Public Universities in Washington D.C.
