Next week marks the start of our new Pickleball for Parkinson's program ! The FREE six-week series combines movement, skill-building, and social engagement in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Each weekly class is designed by Parkinson’s-trained instructors and certified-pickleball coaches to help participants move with confidence and joy. The series is in partnership with the Parkinson’s Foundation Mid-Atlantic Chapter and pickleball at the Y is powered by JOOLA Pickleball.
