Congratulations to Halcyon alum Amrita Bhasin on being named a 2026 Fellow. Through Sotira, Amrita is helping manufacturers and retailers tackle excess inventory with AI-powered workflow and compliance automation, diverting millions of pounds of surplus goods from landfills and advancing a more circular economy.

Halcyon’s first ever residency in Pittsburgh was a success, made possible by the support of our local collaborators, and of course, the energy and engagement of our 2026 Global EquityTech cohort.

🎤 We were especially grateful to work with Innovation Works Works to host a partner event on Thursday, bringing together the cohort from AlphaLab, the accelerator of Innovation Works, alongside investors and ecosystem players from across the greater Pittsburgh region. The evening featured a fireside chat, followed by an interactive Q&A and networking reception.

🚀 After a week of synthesis, reflection, and refinement, our founders leave Pittsburgh ready to activate the next stages of their growth with clarity and momentum. We can’t wait to see where they go from here.

Another Forbes honor for our Halcyon community!

Congrats to current EquityTech founder Falguni Shrivastava for being recognized in this year's Forbes Under 30 Asia list in the Social Impact category. Through Cognitii Learning Solutions, Falguni is combining AI with human expertise to reduce educator workload and enable inclusive education delivery for children with special learning needs across low-resource, private, and public education systems.
