Help us understand how employer violations of labor laws are impacting workers in Washington, D.C.!

We understand that some employers may not be fulfilling their obligations to pay workers for all hours worked, including overtime, vacation, and public holiday pay. These are rights that most employees are entitled to under labor laws. It's possible that employers are aware they're breaking the law by withholding wages, but they may believe they can do so without consequence.

If you've been in employment in the last five years in Washington, D.C., we want to hear from you!
