Workers @ the Curaleaf Dispensary Midtown in Phoenix, Arizona unanimously voted to approve their first union contract with highlights that include guaranteed wage increases, a uniform progressive discipline track, and protection from unfair discipline.

Zen Leaf Dispensary workers from Naugatuck joined the 4 other unionized Verano locations in Connecticut when they ratified their first ever union contract Sunday night!

Their win increases wages and holidays, freezes their share of healthcare costs, improves scheduling, and is the first Verano contract to address concerns with the points system.
