Motion Light Lab
The ML2 Forumula: creative literature + digital technology = new knowledge.
It’s storytime 🤲 at West Virginia School for the Deaf and Blind with Sofia and Gianna from Motion Light Lab! ✨ We had a lot of fun together sharing stories:
🐥 Count with Us
🐶 A Day in Puppy’s Life
🌀 Museum of Errors
The Giant Turnip
🛩️ The Little Airplane That Could
… and more! ✨
Video Description:
Sofia is standing in front of a big town sign. Prominent at the top, a blue sign with yellow text: “Welcome to Romney” and immediately under: “Home of The West Virginia School for the Deaf and Blind”.
Sofia: Hello! We came here to… where? Hmm..
Gianna appears on the video and taps Sofia, “Look!”, and points behind her to the sign.
The video zooms in on the sign featuring Romney / WVSDB.
Gianna: West Virginia School for the Deaf and Blind!
Sofia: Wow! We’re excited! Come spend the day with us!
They turn and run toward the sign, and the video transitions as they run to the WVSDB main building. They turn around and cover the camera. The video turns black.
The video opens again with clips of Gianna and Sofia storytelling “Count with Us”, “A Day in Puppy’s Life”, “Museum of Errors”, “The Giant Turnip”, “The Little Airplane That Could”, and more. We can also see some students watching, reacting, and responding.
The video ends with students applauding at the end. The video transitions into a collage of two pictures: (photo at top) Tayla, Sofia, and Gianna in front of WVSDB’s main building, (photo at bottom) Sofia, Gianna, and Tayla, with WVSDB high school students all smiling to the camera. Some of them are signing ILY or the peace sign.
The video fades to black. WVSDB logo, ML2 logo, and VL2 logo appear. Video ends.
