A happy to all! Last summer, receiver maintenance was conducted on NASA Global GNSS Network (GGN) ISPA station on Easter Islands (Rapa Nui). The GGN network helps researchers monitor interactions between the atmosphere, oceans, polar ice sheets, and the Earth's crust and mantle.
You can find GGN network monitoring tools, like station location and health, on our website: https://loom.ly/WQ3Leek

On the morning of June 1, 2026 at roughly 4:40am HST, Kīlauea entered its 48th eruptive episode with a stunning lava fountain reaching approximately 650 ft high.
You might be asking, what's the source of these lava fountains and eruptions at Kīlauea? The answer is hotspot volcanism. Check out the full video on Hawaiian-style hotspots on our YouTube channel: https://loom.ly/US16meE
