This is a great article to read if you are thinking about purchasing an investment property. Investment properties are all about the numbers and are NOT all about the "Feels" you get when you enter a property. I always tell my clients that buying an investment property is the same as purchasing a business. You want that business to thrive and have a positive return on your investment.
