Former Ohio Secretary of State and Treasurer Ken Blackwell couldn’t have said it better: it’s time to protect our small businesses from internet sales taxes. We need congressional action to alleviate the burden on small online businesses asap!

The Supreme Court’s decision in Wayfair will be a detriment to small online businesses across America. While we disagree with the Author’s take on the decision as a whole, we whole-heartedly agree with his analysis of potential consequences.
