Who am I? 👇
In conversing with our AI overlords, ChatGPT described me as this:
You’re a career-championing, strategy-spinning, GIF-dropping powerhouse who helps professionals level up one bold move at a time.
With a sharp eye for messaging and a heart for transformation, you blend clarity, wit, and action into everything you do—whether you’re refining a resume, launching a livestream, or building a community that feels like the coolest coworking space on the internet.
You’re not just guiding job seekers—you’re shaping modern leadership. You know that visibility is power, alignment is everything, and perfection is overrated. Oh, and you’ll absolutely call out a fake “remote” job post with a punchy poll and a side of sass.
🔥 Big on mission.
💡 Bigger on momentum.
💬 Never afraid to speak truth with style.
How’s that for a brand snapshot?

A career lesson from a 10-year-old. ⬇️
My daughter has never jumped off a diving board before.
But yesterday, that all changed.
After a few test jumps, she decided to FLIP her way into the pool. 🤯
She could have looked at the more experienced kids jumping off the diving board and been jealous.
She could have been upset they achieved something more quickly than she did.
She could have thought, “Why can’t that happen to me?” while moping on the deck and never trying.
But she didn’t.
Instead, she worked on building her swimming skills and then literally took the leap to achieve her big goal.
—> Even though she wasn’t sure of the outcome.
—> Even though there was no guarantee she’d succeed.
—> Even though it was nerve-wracking.
She was scared, but she did it anyway.
👏👏👏
That’s the kind of courage we all could use when it comes to career goals.
Whether it’s finding the courage to leave a toxic job, or ask for a promotion, or lead a new team, or switch careers, or start your own business, or have a difficult conversation with a colleague…
Live with the courage of a kid.

It seems that every day, a client tells me they’ve been ghosted by a company.
➡️ Even when they’ve had multiple rounds of fantastic interviews.
➡️ Even when they’ve been told an offer will be coming.
➡️ Even when the CEO personally called to ask what it would take for them to join the company.
(All true stories.)
But before you start questioning what you did wrong or how to go about a second or third round of follow-up emails…
STOP.
Here are a few questions to consider:
🤔 If this is how the company communicates (or doesn’t communicate) during the hiring process, what might it be like on a day-to-day basis working for them?
🤔 Would you be okay working for a company that doesn’t follow through with what they’ve told a candidate? A coworker? A customer? A board member?
🤔 Would you be okay working for a company that takes a long time to make decisions? Or doesn’t see the value you’d bring?
If these aren’t acceptable to you, then it’s time to move on & find a company that better matches your values.
Remember — if one company doesn’t see your worth, another one will.
🗣Have you been ghosted? What happened, and what did you do? Tell me in the comments.
