5333 Connecticut Avenue Apartments 06/09/2017

The 5333 Connecticut Avenue Apartments in Washington, D.C., recently won a 2017 Illuminating Engineering Society​ (IES) D.C. Section Paul Waterbury Award for Outdoor Lighting. This project also won a IES Illumination Award of Merit for Outdoor Lighting.

citybizlist : Washington DC : Community Programs Campus Breaks Ground in Southeast Washington 05/26/2017

The Commons at Stanton Square broke ground on May 11, 2017. This 57,000 SF, mixed-income housing project represents a partnership between the local community, Horning Brothers, the Horning Family Fund, Martha’s Table, and Community of Hope to support the healthy development of children and their families. MCLA worked closely with the architect Cox, Graae & Spack on lighting design for the courtyard and the building's landscaped walkways and features.
