When Missouri ProStart educator Chef Jenn Turner was invited to cook for the Colombian National Team during the Global Soccer Event, her students helped prepare meals for elite athletes, gaining real-world industry experience along the way.
And one former ProStart student? They went on to create a custom birthday cake for Lionel Messi.
That's workforce development in action. 👏
