One of my favorite sales this past weekend was this lovely lady who bought a Very Hungry Caterpillar journal, while wearing a Hungry Caterpillar scarf! It was meant to be! I love hearing the stories of why people pick the books they do, it’s one of the best parts of setting up at places like and the . You can find us at the Holiday Market every day until the 23rd, and I’ll be making ornaments on demand whenever I’m running the booth.

I’ve been hard at work on new purses for Art on the Avenue this weekend! The leather handles got an upgrade with burnished edges, they are so smooth. I’m so happy with how they turned out, it’s worth all the extra work. Come see me in booth W157 at this Saturday!

It’s a scorcher at today, but I got a sweet air conditioned spot in the North Hall. I’m so excited to share my newest project; Pride Flags made from recycled book spines! I’ll have these as long as they last, not just for Pride Month, and I can do custom flags as well.

Making lots of new purses and journals for Art on the Avenue! We are so excited to be a part of the 29th Annual Art on the Avenue! Art on the Avenue takes place this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. along Mount Vernon Avenue in the Del Ray neighborhood of Alexandria, featuring 350+ artists, four stages of live music, children’s activities, food, a pie baking contest, and more.
