Had the chance to sit down (and listen in) with Taeler, the owner of Womb Wellness Collection.

We talked about what it means to actually understand your cycle, to pay attention to your body, and to move away from the idea that discomfort is just something to push through.

She shared how intentional she is about sourcing her herbs—where they come from, how they’re grown, and why that matters. There’s a level of care and integrity in her process that you can feel.

We also got into hormonal health and how much is often overlooked or misunderstood. I love how she makes space for nuance, for questions, for rethinking what we’ve been taught.
