Eligible nominees have at least five years of involvement with NAHRO at the national, regional, and/or chapter level and continue to demonstrate impact through innovation and support of others in the field.

📣 Nominations must be submitted by someone other than the nominee.
🏆 Award recipients may only receive the award once.
🤝 Nominees do not need to be members of the Emerging Leaders Subcommittee.
