New amenity alert at 200 State!

In collaboration with Visnick & Caulfield, we have unveiled a beautifully designed conference center crafted for comfort, warmth, and elevated productivity. Featuring natural oak flooring, veined stone surfaces, richly textured wall coverings, integrated cove lighting, sculptural lounge seating, and cutting‑edge AV within a flexible multi‑purpose layout, this new space offers customers a refined setting for meetings, gatherings, and collaboration.

We are excited to share that The Wilson, our signature trophy office project in downtown Bethesda, is now 100% leased!

This milestone follows Carr’s signing of two new long-term leases: GEICO which signed a 21,000-square-foot expansion lease on an additional floor, and Barry's the original cardio and strength boutique fitness studio, which signed a 4,060-square-foot retail lease at the ground floor of the building.

What an incredible night at our 7th Annual Carr Cares Benefit Concert! Together, we raised over $412,000 in support of Washington Jesuit Academy and Washington School for Girls — two schools dedicated to advancing educational opportunities for students in Washington, DC through their all‑scholarship programs.

Last Thursday featured a soulful live performance by Grammy‑nominated Memphis-based band Southern Avenue, along with powerful messages from alumni speakers Darryl Johnson Jr. (WJA) and London Hall (WGS), who shared how their schools have positively shaped their lives and careers today.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended and supported this year’s concert. Your generosity makes a lasting impact, and we can’t wait to do it again next year!
