Making a new coffee order and I can't wait to share some of these new beans with our Alaska family!

Hello All! Starting to up our production here in Alaska now that it is a little warmer. Here are our incoming coffee beans. I'm so excited for this new lot! Let me know what you would like roasted up. -James

Ethiopia Yirga. Natural Processed: These beans will be a lighter roast than the rest of the lot. Look for a warm delicious blueberry jam type profile. Naturally sweet and almost tea like. ($14)

Rwanda Washed Microlot: Jazzy chocolate with a sweet roasted brown sugar spice. ($14)

Guatemala Antigua Washed: Chocolate with a floral undertone. ($14)

Decaf Mexican Natural: Robust rich chocolate with a floral undertone. ($14)

So to start our tasting here in Alaska we have:
Bolivian: Nutty, chocolate tones with a little bit of soft fruit.
Tanzania Peaberry: very chocolate type tones. Earthy with a very rich finish.
Papua New Guinea: smooth chocolate with a nutty finish.
Honduran: Floral and chocolate tones with a little caramel.
