Made some time to service my personal GP25 winch. Inside looked good and the outside cleaned up well. Mean pulling, over volted 8hp superstar that's ready for more.
M12 with 16.5 gears and rare 9hp Bow 3 motor. Built and ready to pull a house down! Fresh off the bench.
Buggy heat is blast'n!
Diesel heater between the seats is crank'n!!!

Weekend test run of the mini skidder buggy went well.
One minor part failure towards the end of the day that resulted in getting towed out. Other than that the rig performed well.

Hard to deal with a slow winch when you've had faster options but there's just something special about a hard pulling M12000. On the mini skidder buggy and ready to pull! 8hp motor, 7/16" rope and wireless remote make it so much nicer.
