We are going to be at the house for sale at 6041 Shalestone Loop from 1 - 4 today. If you are in the market for a house in that area or just looking for a person to help do the heavy lifting of finding you and your family a place to call home, please see Angela today and have a ridiculously nice realtor who can help you find what you are looking for. Since the Captain lives in that area, you can live like a rockstar having access to shaved ice right down the road. I don’t necessarily have any proof of this, but I heard from the internet that having access to shaved ice in the neighborhood is in the top three reasons people are looking for when purchasing a house. About the Captain
Captain Snowbeard's Shaved Ice is a tropical dessert trailer that is run seasonally (May-August) by the McCumby Family in Valdez, Alaska. Scott and Melissa purchased the business in May of 2017 as a way for their three sons; Barrett, Merrick and Kierran to learn about finances, work ethic and responsibility while at the same time saving money for their college education. At the end of each season, all profits from the business are divided among the children for their college savings accounts. When you buy a treat from the Captain, you are helping three kids achieve their dream of a college education!
