Eunice Arlene Neil was honored Feb 19, 2026 by the Nursing Honor Guard-UnityPoint Health/Cedar Valley for her career as a nurse. Eunice graduated from Allen College (formerly Allen Memorial Luthern School of Nursing) in 1952.
