We have some important news to share. After 128 years we are closing Wightman Pharmacy. Our last day of serving the people of Waterloo and the surrounding area will be this Wednesday 3/26/25.

We have made this decision with heavy hearts. We have put our hearts and souls into the pharmacy for 128 years. We have fought the good fight all these years but because of things beyond our control we have decided that the best decision is to close the pharmacy.

We will be open this week til the close of business Wednesday at 6pm. We would love to see you.

The Wightmans are not leaving Waterloo so we will see you around, we are just closing one chapter and starting a new one.

All of our prescription records will be sent to Walgreens in Waterloo as of Thursday 3/27/25.

If you have questions, please call or come in, do not put them on Facebook because I will not have much time to check it.

We are so thankful for you support and loyalty all of these years. We will miss you. You are all part of the Wightman Pharmacy family.
