Community Development Waterloo, Iowa
The mission of the Waterloo Community Development Board is to provide assistance for safe and sanitary housing through various programs.
Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) are making a real difference where it matters most—right in our communities. Since 2005, more than 59 million people nationwide have benefited from CDBG-funded public improvements.
Here in Waterloo, the impact is close to home. Hundreds of kids at the Boys & Girls Club of the Cedar Valley now have access to improved bathroom facilities and additional handwashing stations—creating a healthier, safer space for them to learn and grow.
