What You’ll Do
• Oversee and improve company safety policies
• Ensure DOT / FMCSA compliance
• Run safety meetings and driver training
• Handle accident reporting and investigations
• Support drivers during breakdowns
• Perform visual inspections on equipment
• Keep files and safety records up to date

What We’re Looking For
• Experience in the trucking industry
• Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations
• Good communication and organizational skills
