National Hot Dog Day - what condiments are on yours?

The next stop on our America 250 tour of the Boston food scene lands us in a barstool at the Sam Adams Beer taproom down in JP, welcomed by their very own Dan Katz.

They’re the OGs who put Boston lager on the map and never stopped brewing like the neighborhood was watching (BTW, they’re the ones who kept the city afloat during the Tartan Army visit).

We left feeling like old friends and with a deeper respect for what it takes to age something right. Turns out patience is a flavor, and so is commitment to their community. 

Dan and team are the kind of people we’d share a pint with. Every batch, every brew, every sip, is intentional and rooted in history, and boy do they have stories to tell. Next round’s on us🍻
