After visiting the supermarket, it is obvious by the empty shelves that people are rediscovering cooking in general and specifically, baking. Amazingly, this virus has resulted in a shortage of yeast…at least in my area. Maybe it was foreseeable? In The Tipping Point, Gladwell wrote "Ideas and products and messages and behaviors spread like viruses do.”

We are fortunate to be working with brands in the cookware and small kitchen electrics category to brainstorm new product ideas that will encourage the interest in baking to continue after things return to normal.
