My goal for this year is to create every day. Whether it's digital art, graphic design, physical art pieces, or craft projects. Get back to creating every day.

This past year I went back to work after recovering from cancer treatment (in remission, woohoo!). Before cancer I did freelance graphic design, but I noticed that when I did graphic design, I stopped creating art that helped my soul. During treatment, when I couldn't work, I would draw on my iPad, paint rocks to leave in gardens, etc, and it felt so good to create the things I would dream about. Once I decided to go back to work, I decided to take a job with an AMAZING company in a role that is NOT art. And I love it. I love my company, I love my team. And the best part? It has now left my creativity open to create the things I want. I don't feel drained of my creativity by the end of the day. I. Love. It.

And that's why my goal this year is to create every day. Feed my soul. Get back to showing my art. Whether someone buys it or not, show my art.

So happy to be a part of the art walk at ! Love this organization. They've helped me so much the past few years, and I couldn't wait to be a part of this great opportunity.
