Pathfinder International
We catalyze women-led solutions that strengthen communities — enabling women to navigate change, shape their own futures, and lead healthy lives.
Nearly 1 in 3 women alive today has experienced physical or sexual violence
To dismantle the systems that fuel gender-based violence, we must engage men and boys as allies.
At Pathfinder, we are proud to back the movement—an initiative inspired by the powerful, Oscar-nominated documentary To Kill a Tiger on Netflix.
For decades, we’ve partnered with communities across the globe to prevent gender-based violence and help survivors access the medical, legal, and mental health services they need to heal. But true justice requires everyone at the table.
Join us in standing for a safer, more equitable world.

When a family is forced to flee their home, survival is only the first step. True safety requires community, health care, and economic opportunity.
As we approach , we remember Rahma’s story.
Rahma had fled Sudan with her three children to seek safety in Cairo, Egypt. But the physical and emotional trauma of displacement followed them—compounded by a violent attack on her 18-year-old daughter, Sabaa.
Unsure where to turn, a community health volunteer connected Rahma to a network of support.
The family was able to:
- Access free medical care at a local health unit.
- Receive critical psychological support.
- Secure funds to launch a small business.
Today, Rahma is financially independent, and Sabaa is training to become a nurse. By uniting refugee and host communities to provide comprehensive support to refugees, we are helping displaced people build a new chapter.

Women&Co Kenya is live! We launched via an innovation lab where we co-designed with our new Women&Co community including health entrepreneurs, climate tech distributors, health innovators, impact investors, and government leaders—unpacking the state of women's entrepreneurship in Kenya and how we can make faster traction for women to build, own and scale enterprises that make life better for everyone around them. The ideas and contributions were extraordinary and will form the foundation of our strategy in Kenya.
We will share more in the coming weeks, but get in touch if you'd like to be involved.
