MAY IS MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH
Did you know? Regular chiropractic adjustments help promote blood flow throughout the body helping to get more oxygen and and nutrients to the brain while removing toxic waste, which in turn causes your brain to release chemicals that improve your body and cognitive function. Dr. Paul is always willing to talk to patients about their mental health and wants to do whatever it takes to get your body and brain on the right path to a healthier you.

If you stopped by the office today, you may have noticed Dr. Paul in his "Perry blue" shirt. On a typical Friday, Dr. Paul wears red for "Red Friday" but today, he and the rest of the state of Iowa wore blue.
