We hosted our first-ever Best Thing I Ever Ate: Senior Edition this week—and it was something special.
Our graduating seniors took the lead, sharing dishes that tell their stories—family roots, favorite places, and meals that mean something to them. Just like our past events, but this time entirely student-driven from recipes to presentation.
A great way to celebrate where they’ve been and where they’re going.

We took some time this week to celebrate the people who make Carroll University Dining go.
Our team shows up every day for students, faculty, and each other—and You First Week was a chance to flip that around and recognize them.
Good food, some fun, and a lot of appreciation for the group that keeps everything moving.
