Just Published: Maintenance at Wartburg, by Lyla Pier-Atkinson

Starting in the morning, doors are unlocked, air handlers and boilers are examined and work orders are checked in efforts to make Wartburg’s campus run smoothly. Wartburg maintenance, comprised of eighteen workers including general and specialty maintenance, makes sure that the campus runs smoothly every day.

During winter break, I traveled to Colombia with Spiritual Life and Campus Ministry to learn more about its civil unrest and peace efforts. It was the first time I have traveled outside of the United States. I think it was one of the best places I visited first.

Christian Coridon has been promoted to head coach of the Wartburg Men’s Soccer team after serving as an assistant since 2023, and the Knights will look to maintain their competitive edge.
