Good Sunday Morning FB friends! Looking back at some of the conversations I had with job seekers we are helping to find a great career opportunity (not just a job), and our clients we are working with to find great talent to help them grow their businesses. I can't help but to stop and think on this Sunday afternoon and take it all in. And I ask myself - what does success look like in all of this? And not for me but for both audiences we provide our services to.

With that said...........I ask you these important questions, whether you are a business owner, hiring manager, or current/potential job seeker, now that 2023 is here:

To our clients, business owners, and hiring managers..........I encourage you to ask yourself.........what does success look like for you and your organization or the group of employees you are managing at your company? Are you happy with your employees? Are they all successful at what they are doing? Are they helping you become successful in your business? If the answer is yes, great, then as a next step you are probably asking yourself if they are going to get your company to the next level of success in 2023. Are they going to help give you the competitive advantage you need to be a success in 2023?

To candidates and job seekers and those that have been passively looking for the next career opportunity...........what does success look like for you? Are you being challenged at your current company, and I don't me challenged because you are busy every minute of the day, but challenged from a career perspective within your discipline? Have you spoken with your boss about the next steps for continued career growth within your organization? Are you happy with the state of your current company? Do you end the weekend and feel great about where you are within your company and love going to work Monday morning? If the answer is yes, then great, then as a next step you are probably asking yourself if the role you are currently in and your company is right for you not only in 2023, but beyond that, in terms of the next level within your career growth plans? Is what you are doing today going to give you the competitive advantage with your peers, and your peers in the job market to be a success?
