I love the concept of "Reverse Budgeting".

One of the best tricks for our ADHD brains is to Reverse Budget, which I explain more in the full episode, then spend what is left with a debit card attached to your checking account.

Once you hit zero in your checking account, you're out of cash until your next paycheck unless you use a credit card. And if you're using a credit card, you know you are over budget.
