Good morning my Visionaries

This morning I welcome a beautiful soul to my table for guidance and healing

But first, a card for all of us.

Have you ever felt stuck?
Trapped?
Paralyzed?

I have too.

I have a secret for you.

That feeling? It’s just fear.

Fear of change.

Fear of trying something new.

Fear of failure.

And honestly, it’s all bulls**t.

We all have the power to make choices that will propel us from one moment to the next.

We all have the power to stop what we are doing and do something different.

We all have the power to untangle the knots we have created on our path and free ourselves from what we are allowing to keep us bound.

And before you say you don’t know what I’m going through, I’m going to agree with you. I don’t. I do not walk your path. But I do know on my path, anytime I feel stuck or trapped or paralyzed, it’s because I am too s**t scared to listen to my inner voice and to do the things that will put me where I am meant to be next.

Yes, some paths are hard. And some things cannot be changed. But what can be changed is how we choose to re-act and re-spond to the cards we are dealt.

You may see a man tied at the ankles hanging upside down with no chance of escape.

I see a book filled with knowledge a sky full of birds and butterflies and a net ready to catch whatever is needed to survive and thrive.

Lean into your wisdom my friends. Catch what you need and let go of what you don’t and use the muscles in your body and your mind and your spirit to pull yourself up and untie those damn knots. Yes you will fall to the ground but you will dust yourself off and you will get up and you will keep going.

I promise you, where are you are meant to be is better than where you are allowing yourself to remain.

Don’t be afraid to fall.
