The FGX Group, LLC is thrilled to announce another successful project completion, this one located at the well known Ellis Preserve in Newtown Square! Our client, Logan Capital Management, Inc., is a repeat customer as we were fortunate enough to assist them with their move into Ellis Preserve over five years ago. In order to align with their company’s needs, they decided to move only a few hundred yards away into a unique, stand alone building.

The Elizabeth Fry building, built in 1922, originally served as one of six classrooms and dorms for the students of Ellis College. The stone cottage was named in recognition of Ms. Fry’s service to improve women’s lives. Elizabeth Fry founded an association in the early 1800s in England which focused on improving prison living conditions for female inmates.

This fantastic 6,000sf historic building is one of the most unique office structures in the greater Philadelphia area. In addition to its original wood flooring and exterior stone facade, Logan Capital’s new home features decorative wood trim, countless windows allowing natural light to fill the entire space, ornamental railings, and an original fireplace located in the main lobby.

New Project Announcement! The FGX Group, LLC is thrilled to be working with a new client, Marigold Academy! This franchise, focusing in the daycare space, will be opening a new location in Princeton, NJ. RHJ Associates, P.C. is the architect of record for the project. Construction has just begun, with an anticipated Winter 2026 completion timeframe. Looking forward to this one for sure!
