We also teach you how to lengthen muscles and allow joints to safely absorb the impact from explosive movements (aka landing a jump).

I do not give enough credit for his incredible dad skills. He is the stay-at-home dad that also works full time (mostly through the night) so he can be the best dad (and husband) during the day.
