Thank you to everyone who made it out to the Open House yesterday! This is just a sampling of the interior and will be updating more as we go.

Sneak peak of the before and afters of the kitchen. I haven't wanted to post too many pictures, to get you to come to the open house tomorrow (Sunday) to see it all. So much nicer in person.

The fireplace has turned out amazing! If you would like to see the progress so far in person, be sure to come to the Open House tomorrow, Sunday, December 21st from 1-3pm. Or by appointment.

It was an early morning as I prepped the fireplace wall to get the shiplap boards that were custom stained to match the kitchen cabinets and mantel to tie everything together. So excited to show you the finished product. Finishing touches continue today with installation of new registers, paper towel holder, mirrors, towel bars, and address board. Tomorrow cleaning and more cleaning as we get ready for the open house Sunday. The house won’t be 100% done, but will let you see the transformation to date. We are so close.

Finally got the front porch cleared off so we can power wash it tomorrow. The new soffit lights really show off the color and style of the home. Tomorrow is another big day with touch up paint, finishing touches continue, clearing out and cleaning up all the extra supplies so the cleaning can begin and the new fireplace mantel is coming! Lots of little things remain.

It’s the front entry way’s turn to get a makeover.

The new insulated garage door with new electric opener, provided and installed by Jeff Loberg is going in today. It’s the little things that make me so happy!

This project has definitely been the hardest for me. I didn't see a a vision, I literally cried every time I went over to check the progress. This past week I actually look forward to seeing how the work is coming together and I am starting to feel the warmth coming from the walls as the house welcomes you in. These are just a few of the photos from today's progress. Each day is a new day that gets better and better!

A little sneak peak of the kitchen flooring going in. Looking sweet! I will say a prayer that Josh doesn’t quit on me before he gets it done.

Flooring installation continues, followed by the installation of baseboard trim and quarter round. Everything is coming together nicely.
