A successful coat drive for 2017 thanks to Maria Pell Coordinating for the Charlestown Playhouse School in Phoenixville and employees from Kravco Company and Somerset Group. All donations will help keep children warm this winter distributed through Feel the Warmth Organization

Well another successful summer party for 16 mothers and their children living in transitional housing in West Chester PA arts and crafts, slip and slide, face painting , and many other fun activities helped turn an ordinary Thursday afternoon into a fun event with plenty of smiles. Think about a baby.
New to the world with nothing but hope and love for the life before them. As years pass by experiences can establish layers that enclose and hide that wonderful life. Some of us experience pain, rejection, trauma and a multitude of experiences that define who we appeared to be to those around us. Those experiences establish layers of skin like an onion that slowly build up. look around you there are people we reject and judge based on what we perceive but just remember within each person there is that Beautiful soul if we take a moment and try to help them peel away those layers one at a time I believe you'll be surprised at what you find. Take time to look at someone that might need help and help them peel away those layers and uncover that beautiful soul

A very happy afternoon last Friday for 16 moms and their 18=/- children who are living in transitional housing in West Chester, PA. Ten volunteers tried their best to make a fun time for all with crafts, games, refreshments and a great slip slide and pool on the hot afternoon.
